Thirty Journal Prompts for Mind, Body and Spirit
✦
A month of one-line prompts to help you hear yourself again — ten for each part of you.

Journalling works because it turns a swirl into a sentence. Set a timer for eight minutes, answer one prompt, and do not read it back until the end of the week.
Mind — days 1 to 10
- ✦What thought have I repeated most this week?
- ✦What am I carrying that was never mine to carry?
- ✦Where am I saying yes with my mouth and no in my body?
- ✦What would I do today if I trusted myself?
- ✦What decision am I avoiding, and why?
- ✦What does my inner critic sound like — and whose voice is it?
- ✦What have I learned the hard way that I still need to apply?
- ✦What is one thing I could stop doing this month?
- ✦When did I last feel genuinely clear-headed?
- ✦What am I ready to forgive myself for?
Body — days 11 to 20
- ✦Where do I hold tension, and what triggers it?
- ✦How do I speak to my body when no one is listening?
- ✦What does my body ask for that I routinely ignore?
- ✦Which meal this week made me feel best, and why?
- ✦What time do I actually run out of energy?
- ✦What movement have I ever genuinely enjoyed?
- ✦What does a good night's sleep depend on for me?
- ✦What symptom have I been normalising?
- ✦What one change would my body thank me for?
- ✦What does 'strong' mean to me now?
Spirit — days 21 to 30
- ✦When did I last feel peace, and where was I?
- ✦What am I grateful for that I have stopped noticing?
- ✦What am I hoping for in this season?
- ✦Where have I seen grace in the last month?
- ✦What am I still grieving?
- ✦Who do I need to be honest with?
- ✦What gives my days meaning beyond my responsibilities?
- ✦What prayer keeps returning to me?
- ✦What would rest look like if I truly allowed it?
- ✦Who am I becoming?
Eight minutes and one honest sentence is enough. Clarity accumulates.
